At Aloha Physical Therapy we focus on reduction of symptoms via correct body mechanics and improved postural awareness. We utilize an ACTIVE REHABILITATION approach. We initiate a return to pre-injury functional capacity with STABILIZATION exercises. We work core muscle groups and follow a graduated WORK-SIMULATED EXERCISE program in a pain-free range to achieve progress. When appropriate, we apply MANUAL THERAPY techniques of both joint and soft tissue in order to expedite improvement. We include comprehensive home exercises of flexibility, strengthening, and aerobic conditioning with a goal to prevent future episodes.
Aloha Physical Therapy is a preferred provider with Tricare, Medicare, most HMSA plans including HMSA 65C+, Quest, HMAA, HMA, and UHA among many others. We work with almost all insurance plans and treat Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault cases.
